Payroll Services
All employees of schemes managed by FMS have their salaries and deductions processed through our dedicated payroll department. If your scheme does not yet have a registered PAYE profile with SARS, our team of administrators will guide you through the process, making it as straightforward as possible.
Claim Facilitation Service (CFS)
FMS’s internal Claim Facilitation Service ensures that the insurance claims process remains simple, transparent, and efficient for every scheme we manage.
For schemes using our aligned broker, CFS provides property management services at no additional cost. Our facilitation offering includes:
- Claims settled within 30 days, guaranteeing that the owner is paid promptly
- Confirmation that the broker has gone to market and that the best renewal rates are secured
- Insurance valuations conducted in line with the Sectional Title Schemes Management Act
- Monthly communication to trustees on claims ratios
- A claims procedure draft provided upon policy renewal
