Samantha Mehl, our Assistant Operations Manager, highlights the importance of a supportive team and personal self-care. She navigates daily challenges by leaning on her colleagues and practicing self-care, “I buy plants!”. Her advice to young women is to persist in their education and to be mentally strong. Samantha’s philosophy of “fixing another woman’s crown without telling the world it was crooked” embodies the supportive and empowering spirit needed in any corporate environment.
