All such meetings are recorded for authenticity, accuracy and continuity purposes. We ensure that all statutory records and Sectional Title plans are correctly filed at their respective offices and regularly undertake this exercise to ensure that our records are up to date. Assist and advise the trustees on procedural matters, such as general meetings, special general meetings, quorums, proxies, resolutions, voting rights, amendments to Rules and the statutory requirements of the Act and Rules. We update trustees and owners with any changes to any Act applicable to the property industry regularly.
