We manage the Body Corporate / Home Owners Association’s funds in individual bank accounts and furthermore invest surplus money in interest bearing accounts in the respective scheme’s individual bank account. In terms of the new CSOS legislation, a Maintenance Reserve Fund Bank Account will also be opened and managed in terms of the Act. All steps are implemented and taken for effective credit control management.
