Stefan brings a passion for management accounting focusing on community schemes and the implementation of the relating laws and regulations. He enjoys new challenges and furthering in the property management industry.
In his free time he “likes to explore new hiking trails and experience new restaurants.”

Ayla comes with over 10 years experience in the Property Sector. Her thorough grasp of all areas of property management, including sales and registration processes, developments and sectional title law, will be an asset to the team.
In her free time “I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, practicing macro-photography, spending time with friends, watching sports and visiting craft markets.”

Trishca is an experienced Portfolio Manager based in Cape Town. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in overseeing Sectional Title Scheme properties and managing Home Owners Associations.
In her free time “I enjoy weekends away; beach walks with my fur baby, Izzy; and bingeing on the latest series.”
Kiarin Naidoo
Portfolio Manager
Kiarin has multiple years of experience in property and construction management. His love for building relationships and interacting with different types of people is what sparked his interest in Portfolio Management.
In his free time “I enjoy exploring the Western Cape’s mountains with my dogs, watching sport, practicing boxing and spending time with friends and family.”

Ilse, LLB-qualified with compliance expertise, progressed to Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager and champions service excellence and strong relationships.
In her free time “I enjoy spending time with family, trying out new restaurants, going to the cinema, and taking long scenic walks.”
Nicholas dos Santos
Portfolio Manager
Nicholas brings extensive experience in asset and project management, construction, contract relations, and finance. After six years in the UK, where he earned his MSc in Building Surveying and managed 182 residential properties, he has rejoined FMS Property Managers with fresh insights.
In his free time “I enjoy playing golf, fishing and spending time with my family!”
